In 2025, Pentavite became the Principal Partner of the Dame Elisabeth Murdoch Nursing Development Scholarship, making a generous donation of $183,000 over three years to support nursing excellence at The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH).

Since 2010, the Dame Elisabeth Murdoch Nursing Development Scholarship has helped advance the talent of nurses at the RCH and has helped place the hospital at the forefront of leading care.
The prestigious $50,000 scholarship is the most significant recognition of nurses at the RCH. Awarded to a nurse whose project will innovate clinical practice and models of care, the scholarship supports nursing excellence and helps improve patient care for generations to come.
By enabling nurses to deepen their knowledge, expand their skills and bring new ideas back to the bedside, the scholarship is helping shape the future of paediatric healthcare.
This year’s recipient, Adam Rosza, Neurovascular Clinical Nurse Consultant in the Neurology Department, was awarded the scholarship for their project, Detecting Acute Neurological Changes Early (DANCE).
Adam’s project aims to develop a structured approach for paediatric neurological assessments across wards at the RCH, helping prevent avoidable harm through earlier recognition and more reliable responses to acute neurological changes in babies and children.

Beyond their support of the scholarship, Pentavite employees also participate in the RCH Foundation’s corporate volunteering program. Through regular visits to the RCH, the team contributes to the RCH Garden Therapy Program, helping create welcoming and therapeutic spaces for patients and families.
