Our Strategic Plan 2026 – 2030
Our model of raising, investing and granting funds underpins a sustainable approach to supporting patient and family-centred care, research and innovation – ensuring the RCH continues to evolve as a leading paediatric centre of excellence.
Our plan is focused on enabling impact by connecting community generosity with the priorities of the hospital. Through this role, the RCH Foundation ensures philanthropic resources are raised, stewarded and directed in ways that support meaningful change and lasting benefits for children and families.
Our framework is built around three strategic pillars that describe the RCH Foundation’s core philanthropic activities, supported by two enabling foundations that describe the organisational capabilities required to deliver the pillars effectively.
