Build a career that changes lives
A career at The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) Foundation is more than a job – it’s a chance to help create a brighter future for sick children and their families.
Established as a separate organisation, the RCH Foundation leads and coordinates philanthropic support for the hospital. We raise, manage and distribute funds that help enabling breakthrough research, life-saving equipment, the best clinical minds, and exceptional care that improves health outcomes for children and young people.
We are an organisation focused on growth and continually evolving how we work, finding smarter and more creative ways to maximise our impact on children’s health. We challenge the status quo, test new ideas, and think differently about how philanthropy can best support clinical excellence.
Our people are central to this – their skills, perspectives and passion shape how we innovate, adapt and deliver meaningful change. When you join the RCH Foundation, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute your ideas, grow your capability and be part of a team committed to making a real and lasting difference.
