Vale Lillian Frank AM MBE

The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) Foundation is deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Lillian Frank AM MBE.

Lillian was a visionary philanthropist and long standing supporter of the RCH. As Founder and Chair of the RCH Special Events Committee, Lillian worked tirelessly in support of the hospital, creating and hosting memorable and successful fundraising events, raising millions of dollars to support sick children.

Sue Hunt, Chief Executive Officer of the RCH Foundation said that Lillian’s dedication and commitment to fundraising and giving back had a remarkable impact within the RCH.

“Lillian was passionate about the difference philanthropy can make in the lives of others and was a dedicated supporter of the RCH. She was a vibrant member of the Melbourne community and had an extraordinary ability to bring together her incredible network to support the lives of sick children, and for that we are immensely grateful. On a personal note, I will miss her smile, her sense of fun and her generosity.”
