The grants process is changing in the short term to support the most urgent needs of the hospital.
The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) Foundation is committed to continuing to support the RCH and our campus partners as we navigate COVID-19. To do this, we need to implement interim changes to the Grants Approvals Process.
This means only urgent proposals for funding should be submitted. Urgent proposals are defined as:
1. Projects relating to COVID-19
2. Continuing an existing grant
3. Projects the Chief Executive Officer, RCH deems to be urgent. These projects need to be delivered within the next three to six months.
The Grants Committee will review these urgent requests as and when they arise.
Please note that priority will be given to clinical projects that directly impact patients and or develop new models of care specifically related to COVID-19.
This new interim process will help ensure the RCH Foundation can meet the most pressing needs of our campus. Please be assured the RCH Foundation will honour all current funding commitments.
If you have any questions at all or would like further information, please contact the Grants team at Grants.Foundation@rch.org.au.
Thank you for your support.FAQs
