At leading construction company Multiplex, giving back is a major part of the organisation’s culture.

“The Royal Children’s Hospital resonates with all our people in the business. We’ve all been touched in some way by the incredible care of the RCH, having children or knowing children who’ve been there, so we jumped at the opportunity to give back,” said Multiplex Managing Director Graham Milford-Cottam.
One of the ways Multiplex supports the community is through their Graduate Program by offering its services in-kind to worthy causes.

“We give our graduates full ownership of the project, developing their teamwork and management skills to ultimately deliver an impactful outcome,” said Graham.

The Multiplex graduate program will be supporting the hospital’s 150th anniversary program in 2020.
